Refund policy

Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase date.

Your purchase can be returned for a credit voucher or refund for all full priced items that are unworn in original condition and in their original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Currently we cannot provide exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
